Consulted with business stakeholders and architects to manually work through more than 6,000 historical support issues, pulling out recurring patterns and effort benchmarks. The resulting library of reusable solution accelerators now informs estimation and proposal work across engagements, and cut resolution turnaround time by 40%.

Endless Aisle: recovering lost retail revenue
Presented a technical solution at TCS's Endless Aisle Digital Symposium addressing a common omnichannel failure: a customer stands in-store, the item isn't on the shelf, and the sale is lost. The solution recovered roughly 60% of those missed conversions for retail clients and generated 11% additional revenue.

Zero-defect omnichannel payments
Diagnosed a recurring class of omnichannel payment failures tied to a third-party gateway (Juspay) integration and generic offer-application logic — the kind of bug that's easy to patch once and see return in a different form. Root-caused it structurally and drove open issues to zero, which earned TCS's Contextual Master Award for retail payments.
